You need to move ahead and get what you know you deserve for your skill and talent, and you may be a bit intimidated. Perhaps you ’ re not used to asking for what you should have, you may be uncomfortable. And this is a great start! For many of us, our careers slow down and we don ’ t know how to pick up speed, whether needing a new job or
wanting growth at our current company. Join us to learn and practice some essential skills everyone needs these days: be able to negotiate as if your happiness depends on it! It does.

In this session you’ll learn and practice some essential negotiation skills that you can apply in your current job, in pursuit of a promotion, or perhaps in finding a position that better fits you. Some topics we’ll cover:
• How to estimate a fair salary
• How to use your success stories in a negotiation
• What a full package comprises and how to position your options
• How to express your requirements in a respectful way
• How to continue the process once you attain the new position
