Speaker Bios:
Gail Cornelius started her career in Retail back in 2001 working at Coach Leatherware where she started in Strategy and quickly moved into Web Analytics. She also spent time in the B&M space running Logistics and Allocations for 100+ Factory Stores. After seven years with the Coach brand, Gail and her new family decided their chapter in New York City was over and they moved to Portland, OR where she started working for Nike in 2008. She returned to Digital, her true passion, and started the Business Analytics division supporting North America Nike.com. Eight years later she is running the Global Retail Intelligence group which spans all geographies and dimensions supporting Business Analytics and Reporting. Her team’s mission: support the DTC business every day with new information and insights to make Nike a better Retailer. Gail and her husband Jay live in NE Portland with their 3 little girls: Eleanor 9, Annie 5 and Violet 3.

Soumya Guptha is a Marketing Manager in Software and Services Group at Intel, responsible for strategic marketing of system technologies and tools. She has held positions in numerous groups at Intel over the past 17 years, and has earned an M.S. in Computer Science and Bachelors in Engineering. Passionate about helping women grow in their careers, Soumya believes Big Data analytics is the “next big thing,” with huge potential and an ocean of opportunities.
