Bob Loftis works with clients to use their talent, energy, and expertise to break through self imposed limits to their success in career growth, personal relationships, and overall health. His goal is transformation, guiding clients to achieve the changes they desire for the progress they most want. Bob is  trained as a co-active coach (Coaches Training Institute), a certified facilitator of Crucial Accountability® and Crucial Conversations® (VitalSmarts), and a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mental and Emotional Release ® and Hypnosis, by the Association of Integrative Psychology. He holds an MA in Performance Technology and has advanced corporate learning and development at Wells Fargo, Apple, Tandem/HP, Solyndra and Symantec.
Bob is the founder of NowForward Coaching and provides career transition services with Lee Hecht Harrison in San Jose and Torchiana in Santa Clara. He regularly volunteers his skills at ProMatch.org and meetups like Women in Big Data and CSIX. Bob also supports other non profits, such as Bay Area Cancer Connections and Breathing Spaces.
