We are the Digital Out of Home Product team, and as our Demand Side Platform (DSP) Product Lead, you will drive cross-platform alignment and initiatives for our (DSP) products.

Description 

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to help us lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of Verizon Media's Digital Out of Home (DOOH) ad platform strategy. This is an amazing opportunity for an execution focused individual who is ready to be challenged and work with engineering to build industry-changing products. Successful candidates will have shown the ability to ship quality products in a fast-paced environment. We expect you to be able to work and communicate across the organization and our customers. Exceptional candidates will be passionate about ongoing learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Help formulate an aggressive growth strategy for the DOOH product channel

  • Establish a shared DOOH vision across the company by collaborating and communicating with business and technical stakeholders

  • Manage the roadmap for the DOOH product and be able to effectively communicate with both business and tech teams

  • Interact with customers and conduct research to develop a deep understanding of problems and provide support when necessary

  • Be ruthless in prioritizing features given an abundance of feature requests and limited engineering resources

  • Define product requirements/user stories and launch new product capabilities using an Agile methodology

  • Lead an agile engineering scrum team(s) to deliver value for customers quickly while iterating towards your long-term vision

  • Bring to market product-based solutions & features across multiple delivery teams (PM, Engineering, user docs, marketing, sales, etc.)

  • Align with analytics and metrics – KPIs that drive business growth and engagement

  • Strike a balance between quality control and time to market challenges

Qualifications/Experience

  • Ability to assess the market and develop appropriate strategies

  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs

  • Strong technical skills, development experience is a plus

  • Ability to understand and diagnose the root cause of problems

  • Excellent communications skills (written and oral), including communicating technical material to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience with agile development principles

  • Experience working with teams (Marketing, Sales, user docs, Service, Support, etc.) and GTM processes.

  • Motivated problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • 5+ years of product management or transferable digital advertising experience

  • DOOH industry/technology experience preferred

  • Digital advertising industry/technology preferred

  • Flexible on location
