An exciting evening of networking, learning, and insights at our event on Nov 21, co-hosted by Women in Big Data Berlin, Le Wagon, and Delivery Hero! This was the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, to gain valuable advice from recruitment and industry experts, and to hear inspiring stories from Le Wagon alumni who have successfully navigated the world of data.

Unlocking potential starts with inspiration, and that’s exactly what Women in Big Data offers. With over 50 chapters worldwide, the organization brings together 20,000+ members, offering unparalleled expertise, mentorship, and a wealth of knowledge in tech.

Being on stage with Itai Yaffe to share the story of Women in Big Data Berlin was a moment of pride for me.But what truly made the event unforgettable was learning from incredible experts like Elena Meshkova, Harsh Akhaniya, our beloved Anita F., Lennart Schulze, and Victor Ruiz. They opened up about their career transitions into tech, the challenges they faced, and how they embraced bold, new roles. The event was beautifully moderated by Alisea Gohlisch.

Their journeys reminded me that while breaking through barriers – whether it’s feeling stuck in your career or hitting a glass ceiling – is never easy, it’s absolutely possible. Anita, Lennart, and Victor exemplify the courage it takes to reinvent yourself, and I admire their resilience and determination.

The event wrapped up with fantastic networking, but what I took home was so much more: inspiration, insights, and a renewed belief in the power of community to drive growth and change.

Women in Big Data isn’t just an organization, it’s a movement. And I’m grateful to be part of it.

A big thank you to Maria Beiner Yulia Tokareva Katarzyna (Kasia) Stoltmann Bosun Kim for their kind support.
