While artificial intelligence is transforming how we work, one message resonated throughout the evening: the future belongs to those who continue to cultivate uniquely human strengths. Our mentors shared practical advice and powerful insights on the skills that will remain essential in the age of AI.

Nana Lin encouraged participants to learn rapidly, stay deeply curious, explore the world, and sharpen their ability to make sound judgments—skills that become even more valuable when combined with AI.

Lakshmisree Gopinath highlighted the importance of using AI to accelerate research and fuel curiosity. She encouraged attendees to embrace the “Yes, And…” mindset, explore broader ecosystems, and boldly try new things in times of constant change.
